The Mexican Government announced that it will open an investigation to shed light on the shooting and killing, supposedly committed by member of the military, of two distinguished students of the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, found at the university campus on March 19th.
The university rejected the initial version of the authorities, which had stated that the two dead men were criminals, and clarified that they were distinguished students who had received scholarships.
