The Shelter model is an important program for companies intending to develop new projects located in a different country facing a different work culture, legislation and society. The Shelter model, foreign-based manufacturers are able to initiate operations quickly and to focus on their core business from day-one, assuring quality and delivery of its products and services. The National Committee is present in every key territory in Mexico, which enables them to offer companies key insights concerning each local environment and representation before the Mexican Government. The Committee is supported by INDEX, which is a civil association created in 1983, with the purpose of representing the interest of Mexico’s export industry.
