Clase Política Miguel Ángel Rivera, “Crecimiento sin empleo:” The economic growth in Mexico has not translated into job opportunities for those who lost their jobs during the crisis, or for those who have recently entered the job market, says a recent study by the Chamber of Deputies which puts in doubt the federal government’s optimistic numbers.  The Study by the Chamber shows that informal work has reached an apogee, which is evidence that the economy does not have the ability to employ those who are joining the market…A few days before the deadline to resolve the electoral challenges in the Congress, the regional magistrates of the TEPJF affirmed that the only pressure they are under is from conforming to the law and the constitution…The Secretary for Public Education said that during 2012 the state will take concrete actions to fight bullying in schools.


Trascendió:  Within the PRI, they have begun designating who will coordinate the new benches in the Senate and the Chamber of Deputies, this process should finish this week.   In the Senate, the names being mentioned are Emilio Gamboa and Cristina Díaz and in the Chamber of Deputies Manlio Fabio Beltrones does not have any competition…The federal government has decided to construct a memorial for victims, the winner of the 30 million peso contract to build the memorial is the architect  Ricardo López Martín…The agents responsible for the investigating the Dauahare case within the Federal Public Ministry must be getting extremely tired because next Friday the second part of the arraignment begins; it will last 80 days…Marcelo Ebrard clarified that the DF does not need more Suburban trains, but instead needs more metro lines.


Templo Mayor: It is rumored that during Margarita Zavala’s birthday party the idea of her running for the presidency as the PAN’s candidate in 2018 was very much spoken about; Today the Steering Committee of the PAN will hold a meeting in the DF to try to make a diagnosis of why their crushing defeat happened; The local Congress of Puebla has passed initiative so that their governors have a security team long after their term.

Bajo Reserva, “El Trife trabaja horas extras”: The judges of the federal electoral tribunal have split the work and are hoping to have a statement ready by the end of August; The idea of buying a new airplane for the President has been around since 2007, but the purchase is barely being done; The governors of Morelos, Sonora and Puebla have closed ranks around Gustavo Madero because they want him to continue to lead the PAN through this time; The PRD elected governors are worried that the post-electoral conflicts will hurt their relationship with their constituents.
