Former Mexican President Felipe Calderon arrives today at Cambridge, Massachusetts to join Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government – an appointment that has led to much controversy.
As of yesterday, over 34,300 people had signed an online petition posted on http://www.change.org to reject Calderon’s incorporation into the university, citing the thousands of deaths and missing person cases that have resulted from his administration’s crackdown on drug trafficking.
