On this episode of Dialogue at the Wilson Center our guest is Stella Rouse, Assistant Professor in the Department of Government and Politics at the University of Maryland.  She joins us to discuss the increasingly important Latino vote in U.S. elections. Her upcoming book is entitled Latinos in the Legislative Process: Interests and Influence. In our context segment Svetlana Savranskaya, research fellow at The George Washington University’s National Security Archive, discusses her latest book, The Soviet Cuban Missile Crisis: Castro, Mikoyan, Kennedy, Khrushchev, and the Missiles of November.
