Jorge Fernández Menéndez, “Naranjo, entre Peña y las FARC:” Óscar Naranjo, says Fernández Menéndez, was the most popular and successful police chief in Colombia, and he thinks that he could be very helpful to Peña Nieto. Naranjo will also become the director of the Center for Citizenship Studies at Monterrey Tech and will be assisting with the talks and disarmament process with the FARC in Colombia, and will be very busy but, Fernández Menéndez still thinks he will have time to contribute in a helpful manner to the Peña Nieto government regarding security.
