According to Inteligencia Pública, a Mexican think tank, Chihuahua, Guerrero, Sinaloa, Nuevo León and Tamaulipas have the most violent deaths per year.
Animal Politico posted their info-graph, which also shows which states have the least amount of violent deaths and which political party controlled their state government here.
