The Mexico Institute is pleased to invite you to, “Under pressure “from above?” Human rights violations by the military and civilian law enforcement in Mexico,” this Thursday August 16th from 9-10:30 am at the Woodrow Wilson Center.
The speakers will be Professor Alejandro Anaya (Wilson Center Public Policy Scholar & Academic Coordinator Center for Research and Teaching in Economics (CIDE) Aguascalientes Campus), Santiago A. Canton (Director, RFK Partners for Human Rights and Former Executive Secretary of the Inter-American Commission for Human Rights (OAS)) and Maureen Meyer (Senior Associate, Washington Office on Latin America).
