In this article, Rubén Beltrán, Josefina Vázquez Mota’s international affairs advisor, covers the PAN’s vision for changes to Mexico’s foreign policy.   He specifically covers, changing Mexico’s image abroad, defending the rights of Mexicans, enhancing cooperation abroad, working closer with Central America and the Caribbean, the United States and the security relationship, and the UN.

Ambassador Rubén Beltrán will be speaking at the Woodrow Wilson Center on Monday June 18th on “Mexico’s 2012 Presidential Election and the Nation’s Role in the World,” along with the other two parties’ foreign policy advisors.
