In her latest research article for Poder360, Dolia Estévez explores the vote of Mexicans abroad for this upcoming July election. She explains that the low numbers of voters who registered from abroad is a reflection of the apathy that many Mexicans feel toward the electoral system and politics in general. Estévez argues that the vote of Mexicans abroad will not be a decisive factor in the July 1st elections and explains the reasons for this at length.
