Mexico’s President Felipe Calderón will propose a higher letter of intelligence sharing between Mexico, Colombia, Guatemala and Panama, especially on issues of security, drug trafficking and organized crime. He will make the proposal during a meeting with the presidents of those Latin American countries this week.
