New border cross planned between San Diego, Mexico

A new border crossing will be built between San Diego and Baja California, Mexico—the first crossing there in more than a decade.
Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger announced Monday that construction is scheduled to start in 2012 and the new entry will open in 2014.
